| CANCELLATION POLICY |

You will receive an email and/or text message confirmation at the time of booking and an email and/or text reminder 48 hours before your appointment. At this time, please reschedule or cancel your appointments if needed. 

Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled after the 48 hour window will be charged 50% of the service cost. Clients who DO NOT call or DO NOT show at the time of their appointment, will be charged 100% of the booked service.
